I recently stayed at a hotel that was located in a quiet area, perfect for those looking to relax. As a travel agent with 15 years of experience, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was conveniently located near both Costco and Walmart. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel had a nice pool with a jacuzzi that was in working order.
One negative aspect of the hotel was the restriction on purchasing water after 11pm.

From the entrance to the hotel, check-in was in charge of a very friendly person, who informed me about everything pertinent to my stay at the hotel. Upon entering our room, bathroom has everything you need, along with a coffee maker, coffee, its additives. cleanliness of the room is outstanding. bed was too comfortable, being queen size. We decided to order room service, since we had tasted the food during our previous stay. What we ordered was delicious and at a great price, probably even cheaper than other restaurants in downtown San Lucas. It is worth mentioning that the room has a small terrace or balcony, in this case it was totally secluded, along with a fairly comfortable hammock. We had an unforeseen event and had to leave that same day at night, stay was exquisite.
at one point there was someone who started smoking outside our room, smell came in.

room is comfortable and has a hammock, TV is a good size and cleaning service is very good.
The bad thing was an employee named Manuel Tirado who is in reception, he does not have an attitude of service, since he does not know how to answer questions to customers, and when he tries he does it reluctantly and with a bad face, also when we asked him for help to print our boarding passes he wanted to charge us $50 pesos per printed sheet, arguing that this is what they charge at the airports, being that a colleague the night before helped us to print other passes without any problem or inconvenience, in any other place I have stayed I have been denied or charged for helping me to print the boarding passes, being hotels from 3 to 5 stars and nobody has charged me for doing that. Miss Loana on the other hand is very friendly and helpful and helped us all the way from check in to our last interaction with her.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfasts and tortilla soup at the hotel's restaurant were delicious, and we even had dinner there multiple times during our stay. The hotel is located on a major street, but it surprised us with its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. We were pleased to find a safe in our room, and the provision of beach towels was a nice touch. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the room facilities were top-notch. The pool area was cozy and inviting, creating a lovely ambience. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and various nearby restaurants. we were impressed by the hotel's amenities, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere.
Absolutely nothing.

a very nice quiet hotel located just outside the city with easy access by local bus. also 15 minute walk to costco and 25 minute walk to walmart. it actually was better than we expected.
the continental breakfast was somewhat limited, yoghurt + fruit or cereal, but not both. the shower water got tepid but not hot.

The bed was too comfortable, the room service is very good, as is the food. The pool is exquisite, we ordered some drinks, they were reasonably priced and tasty. The service at the pool is very good.
The day of our stay, the weather was very hot, we arrived after 3pm and there were no rooms available yet, we waited 30mn and there was availability. We were given room 101, so far we were comfortable, but it didn't take long before we realized something was wrong, the air conditioning wasn't working. We called maintenance, Mr. showed up, said the air conditioning was already working, so we decided to leave it on and go to the pool for a while and then arrive and feel the fresh air. We left and spent about 2 hours in the pool. When we came back, the room was far from cool. The room literally looked like a sauna. The air was still not cold. That night we were going out for my birthday, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel, while we waited, the temperature inside the room became even more unbearable. We called maintenance again, who apparently only moved the temperature and said it was working. This happened for 3 times. It was already 10pm and there was no good solution to our situation. The person who offered us at least a practical solution, but somewhat disappointing for us, was the evening receptionist, who offered us the reception fan. The air never worked, we were late for our appointment because of that and waiting for a solution, we had to sleep with the window open because of the temperature. They didn't change our room, as the night receptionist told us that the hotel was full.. It was the most disappointing experience we have had, and we are sorry, as it was our favorite hotel, and we planned to remain frequent guests. We are quite dissatisfied, as they did not even offer us anything else, whether it was a buffet or something else to compensate for the lack of good service at their facility... I recommend this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience this time, was tremendous...
